The CFFO has developed A Place for All; Addressing the Policy Implications of Farm Size; a discussion document on the complexities of agricultural policy and its effects on farms of all sizes. The document attempts to disentangle the perceptions that surround farm size. It then addresses the inequities for small-scale agriculture that stem from the development of large-scale agri-food and the infrastructure that supports it. Finally, the document offer a series of principles and particulars that provide future directions for policy development that strengthens small-scale agriculture.
