Moving Forward with Faith
Now that the election has passed, it’s no surprise that many are feeling a mix of strong emotions—fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about what lies ahead. Concerns about rising food and gas prices, the state of the economy, housing costs, utilities, healthcare, education, and so many daily necessities weigh heavily on people’s minds. For some, the future feels bleak; for others, there’s hope.
In the midst of it all, it can seem difficult to hold on to peace or optimism. Yet this is precisely when we must stand firm in our faith—trusting that God remains in control. He knows our hearts, our worries, and our deepest fears. This season is a true test: are we leaning on our own plans, or trusting in His?
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Luke 1:37
“For nothing will be impossible with God.”
So, as we navigate these uncertain times, let us fall to our knees in prayer and seek the One who holds our future. Yes, things may get hard. Yes, the road ahead may be unsteady. But putting our faith in Him is our only true source of hope and strength.
Let us continue to be faithful stewards—working the land, farming as He intended, and living lives that glorify Him. Because in the end, He is what matters most.
